What can I say, the pandora store in Algonquin is great! The couple time I went, Jenny the store manager ALWAYS greets me, very nice lady! I usually wait for her to attend me, why because I ALWAY get excellent service from her !!!

The availability of merchandise was great. The knowledge of the workers was a breath of fresh air. The workers were very happy to answer your every question.

The associates were helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean

Although the store was very busy, there was always someone to greet incoming customers which makes the store more welcoming. they also inform you expected wait time and when you are up next. Hillary was very helpful and friendly. She helped me pick a nice bracelet and charm for my sister within my budget. I will be back in a day or two to purchase with her again.

I was very satisfied because I got there early and there was no line. I was able to get in quick, the sales associates were very helpful and nice. I was in and out quickly!

Allie ( I thought it was Ashley, sorry) was very friendly and felt bad that there was a problem with the device that takes the payment. Another associate came to help and Allie was able to find one that worked. It was nothing that they caused and were able to resolve.

We needed to get a replacement ring that was within our 1 year warranty. We looked up my info in the computer and found no results. We tried every possible combination and still nothing. The manager came over and clearly saw the damage to the ring and said she would take care of it and exchanged the ring. She didn’t have to do this for us but customer satisfaction is clearly important and we are so unbelievably impressed and happy. We then bought another $100 worth of charms. Thank you mellisa at the Algonquin location. You were wonderful!
