Our Sales Person Hannah was so helpful. She showed my daughter many options in your ring assortment . She helped with the sizing and she even recommended other rings to her that she had not even thought of. One of which she ended up purchasing.

I was satisfied with the speed of purchase but not the price for a plated piece of jewelry. I know gold very well and silver and overpriced.

I was satisfied with this visit but not the prior one. Mya “cleaned” my jewelry but it looked the same when I left and there was stuff chipped off of my charm. But Samantha was a great help

I purchased more than $150 on March 22. Came back to get my jewelry box I qualified for…. Which I wasn’t offered and they were out of them. Took my name but I really doubt I’ll ever get a call to get what was owed me

After checking receipt, found I was charged twice for one of the items. Had to return to store for a refund.

Clean, friendly sellers, help to choose the right things for any holiday

I have 2 Pandora bracelets with many charms. Some of the hanging charms have fallen off and are lost, the sales person said I cannot receive replacement charms. She took the bracelets apart and cleaned them, she did a wonderful job but the silver is not very shiny, much duller than the new charms. Overall, I am unhappy with the product.
