When I arrived at the store an associate greeted me and guided me in the direction of the item I was looking to purchase. After I looked at the items I didn't find what I was looking for but I describe the item to the associate and knew exactly what I was looking for and found it for me.

I bought a ring in store on good friday. It did not fit. I had to order on line and then pick up in store the correct size. I was VERY disappointed to have to pay 7.95 shipping and then go back to store to return original purchase. I looked and no store within 50 miles had the size I needed so I had to ship it. I feel like I should be refunded the shipping.
