The associate customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to assist me with my return and help me select a new bracelet as well as charms. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Jeannette was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She asked me questions to be able to better serve me and was extremely pleasant.

I went in there without the intentions of buying anything for myself. But while shopping for someone else I saw some charms and rigs that my attention and I bought them.

She is knowledgeable, pleasant and was quickly able to solved a potential problem so I was able to purchase the full collection which awarded me the gift offered.
