I've tried to come to this location many times in the past few weeks and there was always a line. Finally today there was no line! I got waited on quickly and my sales associate was extremely knowledgable about EVERYTHING!

No lines. Your employee showed me what I needed. Very helpful.

The sale person was very pleasant. She spoke English very very good and she took time to tell me about the charms go with my bracelet and she welcome my back when I decided too add charms to my new bracelet, I was very satisfied.

I love my charms and the staff have been so nice.

Great price for a beautiful gift. Store was extremely clean and fully stocked with all kinds of things. Very nice associates that goes above and beyond to making the shopping experience memorable.

Philana was fabulous. My was bracelet was tarnishing, had no idea cleaning was a service. She did a great job. Left with purchasing a ring, will be back in the next 60 days to purchase my birthday present.

My wife and I are long time customers of Pandora. The reason we were extremely satisfied with our Pandora experience today was because of the professionalism and excellent customer service we received from Kimberly. We ordered several items online but it did not go well unfortunately. After several unsuccessful calls to the online department, we went to the store not knowing what else to do. Kimberly listened to our issue attentively and said she would help us. She did!!! She got the ball rolling where every other associate we contacted failed (over 5 calls). If it were not for her assistance, this issue would most certainly still be unresolved. She is a true asset to Pandora.

We went in, was greeted by Kimberly B. She was so great, sweet and was glad we were there, she treated us like family!
