Well i came into the store to get a ring fixed because a gem had fallen out when it came to my surprise that it comes with a one year warranty which i completely forgot about but i got the ring replaced and a size down

The associates there provided amazing advice and comments on what would look nice and the proper care of the bracelets. She was easy to talk to and made it comfortable to ask questions.

I received a bracelet for Christmas and new to Panera did not fit and needed help picking out my style and size for bracelet. The associate helped me so much and explained everything. Really loved it over all. It can be very overwhelming when you first get bracelet.

The wait is horrible at this store I do not like the system they use for in store shopping. I do however have to praise the associate she was Kind, knowledgeable and so did a great job during my shopping experience

The Rep. was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She had plenty of good ideas.
