Purchased a bracelet and charms for my wife for Christmas. The bracelet was too big and we couldn’t get a couple of the charms to go on the bracelet. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and explained how Pandoras charms, some go on easy, others you twist on. Which made my wife ecstatic. One of the charms is an autism puzzle piece that we couldn’t get on, but after Jennifer explained, then showed us, the relief and excitement was visible on my wife’s face. We have 2 children who are on the spectrum and she’s an advocate for them, so it made our hearts happy that it all worked out

I was highly satisfied due to the fact that I couldn’t get my dream ring in my size but the very kind sales associate helped me choose out another ring that’s I loved .
