The line was really long to get in the store. Which I expected since it’s Christmas. It took about 35 minutes to get inside. I was offered cart service which was nice but I declined. Once inside the lady that helped me made it all worth the wait. She was patient and knowledgeable. Excellent experience.

I was able to go in the front of the line because I had a Pandora Card and I didn't no that ,It was good because the line was long. and I like that everything was set up nice the sale person who was ask the people inline what did they did made the line much shorter and they started moving very fast then you need when it start getting close to Christmas that was a great job done.

The customer service was great. They were very knowledgeable of the product. She answered all of my questions.
