Great customer service-the associates were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. This was my aunts first time in Pandora. She had a great experience. The customer service representative was very, very knowledgeable, providing her with the correct size bracelet and helping her pick her first charms, ever very grateful for her attentiveness and experience

Brianna the sales associate was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. She also recommended different products to me. This was my first time visiting Pandora

The sales associate was rude when we walked up, we asked which line we needed to exchange an online order. She snapped at us and walked off, then returned 20 mins later to conduct the exchange outside the store which could been done, sent us to another line, granted we understood it was a busy day. The other sales associate was extremely nice and wrapped the gift for my son with no problem. But the one helping outside the store was EXTREMELY RUDE! Not sure if this is the product I would buy in the future or the store I would return to conduct my business in. If I have to deal with employees like this.

My husband and I went in for the Black Friday sale and everything from the line, to service, as well as the employees were organized and quick to help. This was our first time shopping there and it was wonderful. We will be coming back soon

I dealt with the store manager, Jennifer I believe. She was absolutely amazing and made my first experience superb ! I will be coming back. The care she took with my niece and I is something like a dream come true. I appreciate her making me feel heard and valued. She is an amazing woman and a even better employee

Although there was a line outside, there were several employees available to give every client the individualized attention.
