Pandora has over exceeded my expectations of their staff and products. The products are luxurious, the quality is high and the price goes hand in hand. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. That’s why I’m highly satisfied with my Pandora experience.

The worker was just so nice! She took the time to hear me out and understand what I was looking for. She didn’t try to sell me something else simply because it was more money, she took the time and help me with what I needed!

The order which was placed prior to arrival in store was ready and processed timely. During this visit l inquired about another charm that was in store and was able to purchase. The sale person that assisted me was very pleasant and professional.

Philana was attentive to my issue, professional and a real sweetheart. I received a faulty bangle from another Pandora provider, and they wouldn't exchange it, only wanted to sell me another one. I had my receipt and everything.

For context: My fiance had ordered a ring online and tried to pick it up on 7/6. There was a mix up and my fiance was unable to pick up the ring due to an error with a previous employee (I believe) accidentally marked his order as redeemed instead of the correct order earlier that day. He was very upset and confused, even wondering if there was identify theft attempt. Kim(I believe) was the MOD that day and helped him with the mix up & allowed him to leave the store with the ring. On 7/7 I went with him to exchange the ring&earrings for 2 diff. rings. He was really hesitant to come back due to the nightmare mixup the day before. Kim was there again with Rita. Rita went out of her way to make sure she was doing the return properly and confirmed with MOD on how to return this ring from the day prior. Rita was so thoughtful, thorough and communicated every step of the way. Kim came out and remembered my fiance and was able to quickly and friendly solve this problem with Rita. They are incredible and the way the handled this service made us life long customers now. Please give them a raise if they did not already! They are the only reason we will be coming back! AMAZING JOB!
