The knowledge and the helpfulness of the associate

There are many reasons I was highly satisfied with my experience and purchase. One, the sales associate dedicated her time to me without being distracted. She cleaned my jewelry and noticed a probe which she immediately resolved. I only went to purchase a charm, but because of her service I bought 2.

This was my first purchase with Pandora. I wanted a bracelet to represent my two sons. I was able to accomplish that with my sales representative. I enjoyed the one on one. She was friendly and patient. I felt like I was the only customer in the store.
