Jennifer was super attentive. She was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise as well as extremely personable. She made me feel more than welcome, as well as the banter was amazing. She made me laugh and enjoy the entire experience.

The sales associate, Rachel, came up to us within minutes of walking up to the counter. I had an idea of the charms I might like to add to my bracelet and she pulled out the trays of selected charms. After my decision Rachel laid out my existing bracelet, removed all the charms and together we placed the new charms on the bracelet. She made my selections and purchase very easy.

The employees were very attentive, helpful, and very aware of all products. i didn’t know what i wanted coming into the store. The woman assisting me quickly gave me many categories to choose from and helped so much.

The sales associate Lori was very friendly. She was also knowledgeable and very patient while my daughter selected a ring. I will definitely return.
