The sale associate was very patient and helpful. She was able to answer all our questions. She was very pleasant.

Our sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She recommended specific charms and helped us choose.

This was on of my best visits at Pandora. We were greeted and helped right away and shown many options of charms when we didn’t know what to get. Philana was very likeable and friendly which made the experience very easy. She listened to our concerns and offered services that she did not have to. She took time rearranging the charms on our bracelets for our best benefits and making sure they were clean. Overall a great experience and a great person to work with.
