Ms.Phliana was very helpful and patient with me. I went in the store to exchange my bracelet to a smaller size, which I purchased online.. come to find out I didn’t need a smaller size. I needed to add more charms (LOL) I purchased 2 charms for my new bracelet. I love the way my bracelet fits on my wrist, Ms Philana me make a good choice. First time in the pandora store, great experience.
