There’s always a line but once I got in the store the salesperson was very friendly and helpful with helping me choose the perfect gift for my niece! She was knowledgeable of their merchandise and quickly showed me items I was interested in. For the first time she gave me a pandora book so I can look through and familiarize myself with their merchandise to better help me on my next visit! 💗💚

I didn't have to wait in line. I picking up part of an online order and she got it together, cleaned my bracelet. While my bracelet was being cleaned I bought 2 charms. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

We had the best sales associate. She was very nice and very professional. She was very helpful without making us feel rushed even though there was a line waiting to get in the store. She was so patient with my son as we were choosing a Christmas gift for his girlfriend. She really did an awesome job.
