I had purchased a pandora ring in February of this year and noticed a few weeks ago that a stone had fallen out. I visited my local Pandora store located inside the Mall of Georgia and was assisted by a lovely lady. I asked her if I could exchange my larger ring for two smaller ones and she kindly advised me that only within 30 days can purchases be exchanged; however, she would be able to exchange the exact ring, in store, today! I was sadden; however, this news was completely understandable. She immediately found my new ring and took the old one. She asked if I needed a box, however, I just put the shiny, new ring on my finger and thanked her for all the help! I wish I could remember her name; however, I visited the Mall of Georgia on 11/16/21 around 1:00-1:30 and my confirmation number from the past purchase was #PND10985331
