Brandi was truly amazing, she was alittle nervous because it was her first day, but she answered all of our questions and even partnered with another associate when she wasn’t sure of an answer, she truly provided excellent customer service.

Philara was very nice and patient with me. She took the time to explain and teach me the new items on stock She cleaned my wife's pandora back to its original sparkling look.

My visit was to return product from an online purchase. I was greeted by Jennifer who was such a pleasure. Her and I conversed as if we knew each other before this visit. She was very helpful in finding me other options. Jennifer showed me a variety of pieces that I LOVED and styling techniques. I really appreciated her for the personal interaction she gave me. I have never experienced that in any of my visits to that store, which is the only store I do my purchases. I even asked her to help me in the future, if possible LOL :) Thank you Jennifer!!!!!
