Mrs. Jennifer helped me so much in the first visit while shopping for my mom. Then I returned three weeks later and made a purchase of three charms and a bracelet. One of mrs.jennifers friends was also very helpfull with the final purchas. They were very quick with knowing the exact inventory of the store and helped me get the right price for the discount. The store was very clean and everyone was incredibly nice. The line was very long but the accosiates made it move along quickly. The wonderfull service definitely explains the line. Over all, I can not complain.

The representative Rachel was the most patient and caring person. It was my mom's first time and she was exceptionally patient and helped her try everything on. My mom had wrist surgery and she helped her try on so many different things. If she could help me everytime I'd go back more often!
