My sales associate, Yvonne B. was very knowledgeable about their selection. I knew what I was looking for, and she was very aware of where those items were in the store. She was helpful and pleasant.

I had never been in or purchased anything from pandora prior. I didn't really know what I wanted metal, style, or size wise. The associate, Philana, was incredible. She was not only personable, but also just incredibly good at her job. I tried on quite a few and never felt rushed or like I was wasting her time. She is amazing and made my experience so fun. I will definitely be returning.

Philana W (No. 154200) was extremely courteous and patient while I was making my selections. She was also knowledgeable about which charms were available and explained technical things that I would not have found out from ordering online. She also initiated the offer to clean my current bracelet even though it was 20 minutes till closing time.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful as soon as i walked in, they were also very clean wiping down the glass display and counters.

First of all I have to make it clear, that when I went to the store and reserve my ring (Wednesday)the lady that help me was very kind and nice ! later the same week my husband went to the store and bought the ring, the sales person, I think her name is Kimberly also was very nice, attentive and helpful with my family, SO....this is what I want to report : Because I loved the ring , I wanted to buy another item , and went back to the store today August 22 around 6;00pm at the store located at the Mall of Georgia, the lady who should be there to help me , gave me a terrible service and I do not plan to return. I don't know her name , but I do remember details : She speaks fluently Spanish and English Uses glasses Orthopedic boot Hair orange or light brown Never smiled She made me feel that she did not want to attend me: I dont have to much time to continue explain what happen and how she made me feel ! Worst service ever ! I hope this message can be read by the highest executives ....if you are interested in the everything that she made me feel, feel free to send me an email .

the staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. they answered any questions we had about prices and the bracelet we were interested in. she also explained warranty and cleaning.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the store had the Disney Cinderella Carriage Charm that I was looking for to put on my bracelet. The sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a coupon that saved me 10.00 off my purchase.
