The manager Philana at the Mall of Georgia was awesome. She helped me choose some charms for my bracelet. She took her time and even offered to clean my bracelet. She was the example of excellent customer service.

The sales associates that were in this store were very helpful and friendly. My mother and I were not sure what we were going to get at first so the fact that the sales associates were patient and kind to us as we came across things we liked and purchased we appreciated it very much. I purchased 6 charms and 1 ring while my mother bought a charm for her bracelet, we were also able to get all of our jewelry cleaned.
