Ms.Philana was AMAZING she kept us up on trend with all the new jewelry and had great customer service while also exercising COVID-19 safety measures. She went above and beyond for us to have a great experience at Pandora Mall of Georgia.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She helped me chose a charm, which by the way I had no choice what I wanted because I just decided to stop in. The store was clean and inviting.

Even though the line was short it did take some time to get inside since the associates were giving great customer service to everyone. Once inside it took no time at all for her to get the charms out that I wanted to see. She was extremely nice and helpful and once I was inside it took no time at all to get what I wanted.

This was my very FIRST time EVER purchasing anything from Pandora! But... it won't be my last, it was a wonderful first experience! My youngest son was here on emergency leave from the Navy ( my husband had major surgery). I went in the store just to look at charms. Then my sweet, sweet baby boy said, ma you can get another one ( because I had found one that I really liked)! But instead of a charm, I was drawn to the rings, and the young lady helping us was phenomenal! I couldn't decide which one, because I liked them ALL! So she really did help me decide by showing me what was her favorite! She is truly an asset to your company! Her name is Nicole E. #209036. I was so impressed by the way she helped me, that I told her that this would be the ONLY store that I will purchase my Pandora jewelry from!
