I had ordered my first pandora bracelet online and ordered the wrong size. Not only did Jaydaliz help me switch it out easily, but she helped me build my bracelet by helping me pick out clips, and helping me locate which types of charms go best. With her help I put together a bracelet I am absolutely obsessed with and has a ton of meaning to me. She did not rush me, or make me feel silly because I didn’t know anything about pandora. She was helpful, friendly, and visibly excited to be working with me which is so refreshing this time of year. It was very nice to go into a store where I would normally feel out of place and have such a positive experience. I will be back.

Liz A helped my very picky 13 year old pick out a ring. She showed us rings in her size and ones she might like. Very friendly and helpful! There were 3 ladies working in the store that evening and all were talking to my family. Very friendly! Great job ladies!
