I was greeted immediately when I walked in by a delightful associate. She was pleasant and knew right away what I was looking for…she gave me time to look around, and offered to show me anything else I’d like to see. She was not at all pushy, but accommodating! I ended up buying a pair of earrings she showed me, and I love them!

The personal touch

My sales associate Addison was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She took her time with me showing me everything I wanted to see. The Pandora store was set up beautifully and all the other associates were extremely friendly also.

The girl helping us (forgot her name, I’m sorry) was SO helpful and very friendly. You can tell she loves her job and her customers. Made us feel very welcomed and important!

The clerk was very knowledgeable ..of the merchandise. She was patient in explaining about the jewelry. She also explained how pieces should be set up with the closer and safety chain and opener.

They made you feel important that you were just sitting important is the first person or the mass person they knew how to treat people talk to people that’s a big thing in my book

My sales associate was amazing. I am a Biotech sales manager, so I can't help but notice the skills of the sales professionals with whom I interact. She was pleasant, smiled, chatted just enough, gave logical opinions as to why I might want to consider an item, and was not pushy. I went to the store to purchase 2 charms as a birthday present. When I asked if they carried any men's items, she showed me this beautiful line of Men's bands/bracelets. And I bought one. Just a thought. It wouldn't hurt to display those bands. When guys, like myself are shopping for our moms, wives, daughters or girlfriends, we like to treat ourselves too.
