The staff was very friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and a few seconds later someone was was there to assist us and answer any questions we had.

As always, the service at the Eastwood mall pandora was exceptional.

Walked into the store needing to return some items as well as purchase a few. The store associates were extremely helpful. They also helped with the return and found all the items I was looking to purchase.

Both of the ladies that I worked with were awesome, they both provided wonderful customer service and I hope that they stay, employees there I have been there previously and met some wonderful people that are no longer there anymore. So hopefully they stay thank you soooo much

Both sales associates were awesome. I went in to have my bracelet replaced due the clasp breaking. I left with a new replacement and purchased a bracelet and charms for my granddaughter’s upcoming birthday!!!! They were so personable and great!!!!! Will be back soon!!
