Shay-Lynn was very helpful, she asked a few questions about who I was there for, if I had anything in mind. She got me what I was looking for and showed me some other items I might like, and I did, so I got another charm I really liked.

We've been to the store probably 10 times and they know who we are and if they don't have what we want, they order it. I had an issue with a ring and they replaced it with no hassle at all. Amazing service.

A certain ring had caught my eye, the worker immediately offered me assistance and even recommended the two bands that go with it. I was very pleased with how it looked on my hand. With that purchase came a free bracelet, very beautiful and that was gonna be my next purchase! Now i can save money on that and add on to it with the charms. Would definitely visit again and recommend to my family and friends!
