Was helped upon entering the store. All staff were helpful and friendly. The store had all items in stock.

The sales associate was very friendly & highly knowledgeable! She explained everything to me. She answered ALL my questions & showed me the pieces I was asking about!

I don’t remember the associates name, but she was super helpful and super friendly. It was my first time buying a ring, didn’t even know what my size was, and she was more than helpful. She was absolutely amazing!!

I got a very friendly greeting upon arriving in the store. All the associates were assisting other customers but was reassured to be taken care of as soon as they were available. Which was fine it gave me exactly enough time to browse the store. The associate was extremely helpful and friendly.

The sales clerk was knowledgeable about what was available and helpful in deciding which charm to purchase. She also volunteered to clean my bracelet which I didn’t realize Pandora did. She also volunteered to balance my bracelet which I didn’t realize was helpful in not hurting the chain.

It was very shiny and sparkly. And Liz was very helpful.
