I had originally ordered a ring online, but when it came in, it looked different from the online photo- the quality wasn’t as good. I took it to the Pandora store in Niles, Ohio to ask if I could return it or exchange it. The sales associate was wonderful! She let me exchange it for the same ring (which was much nicer in the store, than what I had received online). As a result, I ended up getting a second ring to purchase also. She gift wrapped both rings and she was extremely efficient and knowledgeable! I was highly satisfied!!! Outstanding sales associate!!!

The lady Liz who helped we was very friendly and helpful! And helped me pick out the perfect ring for myself.

I had never been to Pandora in the past. I went in looking for a ring for my niece, size 10. Not easy to find. The young woman who helped me knew exactly where to direct me, and immediately pulled for me what was in store. She was knowledgable, patient, and kind. Great first experience.

I had the most helpful associate. I have arthritis and so getting my bracelet on and off is a struggle many days. So she helped me with tips, she also was so knowledgeable.

Paige was very nice and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. I showed a picture of what I wanted and knew exactly what it was. The store was very clean and even though there was 2 workers they got me out quickly.
