Everything I was looking for was available. Planned to buy a bracelet for a granddaughter so got that free when I bought her charms & charms for another granddaughter. The sales associate was very helpful.

Associates were very nice and were able to find what i wanted. They didn’t try to persuade me to buy something i didn’t want just to make a sale and i appreciated that :)

My bracelet was dirty and Liz cleaned my bracelet. I also had some chipping on a few of my charms and they replaced my charms with no charge due to the insurance. I enjoy shopping at the Niles mall location everybody’s always happy and very knowledgeable.
