Pandora was wonderful and amazing and the service was very quick. The store associates were all very friendly and polite. Austin as always has a huge smile on his face, very pretty, very friendly, and very outgoing. I was just window shopping but he met all of my needs and found me a very pretty bracelet. I was having a very bad day and. Was super depressed and all I can say is thank you to Austin he most definitely knows how to turn rain into a rainbow. I didn’t only walk out of there with a bracelet I walked out with a new mind set, a smile, and positivity and Austin made me feel like my day wasn’t so bad anymore and even tho he didn’t know how sad I felt walking into that store Austin gave the energy of love , kindness, positivity, helpful, just amazing the woman in the store was full of light as well. But Austin you changed my entire day from bad to it wasn’t so bad after all and no after what was going on everything was going to be ok it was fate to meet you . Pandora you have wonderful workers here at the Eastwood mall in Niles Ohio. Thank you

A ring 💍 I bought for my granddaughter had a stone fall out. I went to the store to inquire about replacing the ring. The sales associate was very friendly, helpful and polite. The ring was under warranty and was told to bring the ring into to the store for an exchange. I feel the warranty you offer is a big plus when buying merchandise. My granddaughter and I were waited on immediately and politely. I will definitely shop again at Pandora and tell all my friends how well we were treated. Great experience, great store, staff and terrific warranty you offer.
