Pandora Jewelry

Merchandise I bought for my granddaughter was replaced. It was a ring, stone missing from the band. The ring was under warranty, one was not in the store but was ordered for us to pick it up at the store.

I love what they help me choose. They very kind and amazing people. I felt super comfortable and enjoy every minute of it.

Sales associate was kind. She was very helpful. She also showed me extra things to think about purchasing in the future. Lastly she gave me a catalog as well!!

The store was very clean. The attendants were very helpful and nice. I was able to find something that I like even when I thought that I won't.

The store manager greeted me and my friend as soon as we came in the store. Although we came in 10 minutes before closing, she was willing to help us look for anything we needed and made necessary suggestions as well. I also noticed her wiping down the counters which is awesome during this current period the world is in.

The sales associate was extremely friendly without being overbearing. She did her sakes pitch thing but was NOT pushy. The store had the charm I was looking for.
