i was highly satisfied because my product was better than expected. The people at my local pandora were very nice and helpful. Also it makes a very good present and it’s always great quality!

I was greeted by a very friendly associate at Eastwood Mall store on Thursday, May 21st. She was very helpful and very sweet. The store was very well stocked with beautiful merchandise and I exchanged my ring that was sent with the wrong size to me after ordered online with no problem at all. I was highly satisfied with my store experience with the sales associate that was very helpful to me!!

I really loved the customer service, Danielle is a beautiful and amazing saleswoman. She had an answer to every question i had and she was super polite and respectful even though she was alone in the store without any help.

The quality of your products is excellent. The prices are a little higher than I care to pay but I guess the products are well worth the extra cost. The girls in your store are always very helpful. I am an older male and need that feminine input in my selections. I am a frequent customer. My biggest complaint is I spend about $50 on each charm I purchase and for you to offer a $10 discount on a $100 purchase is a little low.
