My sales associate, Haley, has assisted me during my last two visits and she has been extremely helpful. I failed to submit my survey from my last visit; however, I wanted to commend the sales staff (including Haley) in assisting me with my long list of charms that were purchased during Pandora's last sales promotion. The Pandora is always friendly and helpful and it is a pleasure to shop the Eastwood Malls - Niles store!

I was searching for something specific and I was in a hurry. The sales associate helped me right away, knew exactly what I was looking for, worked quickly to complete the transaction and didn't try to get me to buy things I was not looking for. They know I will return to the store, so they respect my choices and decisions.
