Greeted at the door. Was asked if we knew what we were looking for. Very helpful about new charms and ideas for new ones that came out.

Went in and had no line, they greeted me and asked what I needed. I knew what I needed was just uncertain about what ring sizes were available. They were honest and very helpful. Asked me if everything looked good and let me hold it too!

I believe her name was Shay, but she was so sweet and caring through the process! This was my first bracelet, so I didnt even know where to start, she asked me questions about myself and interest to find me the perfect first charm. I cant stop looking at it and already picked so many more out on the website for future purchases! Thank you, Shay!

Alana was very helpful in helping me pick out different charms for my bracelets. The selections were very good. The store was very neat and clean.

As always the service at the Eastwood mall pandora was excellent. It is like visiting friends, everyone is friendly, courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about products.

She took the time to help me find what I was looking for. She gave me a lot of options. The prices were great.

The sales person was very professional and helpful. Only issue was we were exchanging a ring and she didn’t let us know the other ring we picked cost twice as much as original ring.

There was a 20 minute line me to get into store. No t sales associates fault. Was only down side of visit
