I was not highly satisfied because I am sitting on jewelry now that no longer looks great from Pandora that I hardly wear. I had hesitations shopping. I will return what I have to be cleaned but I've done that before. My jewelry (which I have or 8 pieces) look so dull. I will see how my current purchase does. Trying to get my trust back with Pandora!!!

The reason I went to Pandora is that my necklace that my daughter purchased for me in 2021 broke. The class that you close the necklace broke my daughter told me she bought the insurance but I’ve evidently lost the papers. We tried looking it up online it’s a store they did everything they could phone number email name and it didn’t come up. So therefore I needed to purchase a chain because I wanted to wear the cross that came with it, the chain is the same one that was on the cross that’s a cross was on and it was $40. So I purchased the chain because I wanted to have it for the cross. I was sorta dissatisfied because I couldn’t get a discount on the chain having to pay $40 for some thing that was only a year old this past Christmas , but the clerks were very nice. They did what they probably were told to do and they helped in every possible way to find the insurance that my daughter purchased when she bought the necklace.

There was 2 associates working and the store was pretty busy. They did well with managing the customers. They were professional.
