I needed to exchange a bracelet purchased online during a sale. Although, the exchange was for size and style the original price was still the same as my initial purchase. However, since it was a different style I had to pay extra it was as if I never received the item on sale. I've never encountered this with any other store I've shopped, I was just disappointed.

I think our salesperson wasn’t quite sure of processing payment. It is possible she was in training. Other than that she was very helpful pointed out sales and answered any questions that I had.

Because on walking up to the store the associate never acknowledged us standing there the associate inside the store that ended up waiting on me was very helpful and supportive

I enjoyed the help from Shay and the other associate I was with yesterday. I purchased a ring right before Christmas and it was a gift and couldn’t wear it until Christmas. Within 2 weeks, 2 stones dell out on opposite sizes. Shay helped me and returned it with zero issues. Within 2-3 weeks later, the stones of that ring, 2 on the same size came out. I understand everything is hand made but I’m hoping I don’t have another issue. However, the sales associate I worked with yesterday was very kind and it was hassle-free. Thanks for always a Great experience.

Store was short staff. I was satisfied but I wouldn't say highly bc u were closing Ithought to early but they explain why I worked in retail we try hard make our customers happy. I was happy ... thx u
