Pandora Jewelry

There were two salespeople with two customers and I waited for quite a while. I went specifically for HP charms which are being discontinued and I couldn't find the ones I really wanted. The salesperson who helped me was friendly once I was able to be assisted, it's not their fault.

My sales associate was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. However, I felt like more product should have been out and visible. I had to ask her about a lot which thankfully she knew things that were available and could go and pull them from drawers underneath and show them to me. However a person that didn't want to ask for help, may not even realize all those things were available. You are missing sales. When people don't know other options are available, and they are hidden away in drawers, they don't know they exist. I think that's a Pandora store flaw.

Very small store. The ease to move around wasn’t easy with lots of people there

I wasn’t highly satisfied because I really wanted this ring I bought two years ago since I lost it when moving awhile back, but I ended up getting something different which is cute also!

There was really no issue in the store with my visit. Same girl I see every time, came right up to me & was very happy to see me.

I was satisfied the jewelry was beautiful and service was ok

I wanted a specific item to purchase and did not browse to look at other items. Staff was restocking items.

I didn't select Highly satisfied for the reason the associated was on 100% with me. The lady was trying to take care of multiple person. I'm not trying to be rude. I just think The store need more people. She was trying her best to make everyone harry.

The store didn’t seem to have a lot in stock and the sales person didn’t seem to know exactly what she was doing.
