Austin and the Pandora team were very friendly! He helped me find 3 different charms I love while the other lady shined my bracelet and complimented me! Very very kind staff! no line to get in! perfect seamless visit at the Eastwood mall! THANK YOU

Was hoping to find more selection.

Just the wait time in line. About 3 people had came out of the store as I was next in line,however, I still had to wait awhile to be let in.

Had to wait in line outside of the store for 30 minutes.

They had what I was looking for my sister’s birthday. The store is not far from where I live

There was a wait time to get into the store, but I understood once I saw them sanitizing after the people in front of us left. I liked that we had a very personalized experience with the salesperson, but I also didn't feel free to move about and browse the store. They set us up at a station and just started pulling jewlery out for me to look at, when I'd have rather walked the store first to get an idea of what I wanted.

Very low inventory

The sales associate who assisted us was rather rude. She made it feel like a chore to assist us and did not listen to what I said. I repeatedly said I have a lobster clasp bracelet and was looking for a different type of closure and she repeatedly attempted to sell me the tool to assist with a barrel clasp.

We went to pandora as a group. Four of us all together and the associates helped all of us at once. We did however realize that a promotion for a free bracelet started two days after we started so we wish we would’ve been informed before we made the purchase because we spent around $400.00
