There was nothing special about this visit. I called a head to make sure the product was available. I got to the store, they found it and I left. there wasnt much to this transaction.

Pandora is EXPENSIVE!! The store had some charms that were 30% off and some bundles but the items were still pricey. I’m hoping I find some GREAT sales during the Black Friday in November sales! :)

Went in for daughters birthday present and the necklace and ring we wanted was not in stock.

I would like to purchase a charm I purchased at the Pandora store in the Las Vegas airport, which I lost. It was a Pandora charm for Death Valley National Park. I was told I could not order it there in Niles, Ohio store, but the store manager would have to get back to me about this. Can you help me?

I absolutley love pandora rings and have a bunch. I have learned waiting for the last chance rings gives you more bang for your buck. In other stores that sell pandora they have trays with all of the rings that are the same size. It would have been a lot easier to see all the rings available in my size on one tray instead of in baggies in a container. Otherwise the customer service was great.

I did not get my birthday $10 off coupon and Lion King did not qualify for sale. I try to only buy when deals are available.
