I went in to purchase a bracelet and found they were on Sale. The one I wanted was out of stock but the Sales girl helped me to find another one, it was also on sale. When I got home I realized the Bracelet was not on Sale or at least I wasn't given the discount. I will return tomorrow to correct the error. If the sale price if fixed not only will I return but will make a second purchase. The Sales clerk was friendly and errors happen, so as long as I wasn't given the bait and switch, you will have a life long customer. Thank You

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, per usual. The store is a little small and occasionally hard to maneuver in if a lot of people are shopping, but the store is nice and tidy. Pandora has always given me a good experience.

I was asked if I wanted to wear my new ring and I did. However, it wasn't till later that I realized I was not given a Pandora box or even asked if I wanted one. It really bothers me that I wasn't prompted about that because I would have liked to have gotten the box. Since this store is a little far away from my house I most likely won't be returning to ask for the box and I am afraid I wouldn't get it anyway since I didn't get it the day of purchase.

I brought my daughter and boyfriend in to buy their valentine gifts I asked your associate if there were any coupons available and I was told "no",unless I opened a credit card I'd save 10%(INACCURATE -I FEEL SHE TOOK Advantage OF US).I also inquired about a reward program and was told they don't have any and won't until March- again, inaccurate.unfortunately my profile from Florida wasn't found and I created this new one .I did in fact receive a 10% off coupon that I expect to be applied and this bill adjusted.im extremely upset that either your associate was deceptive or needs to be properly trained Furthermore,to note, I have several credit cards and asked the perks of your credit card nothing mentioned ,my daughter is happy that's what matters,I'm not and won't be back unless this is corrected.

The manager of the store kept overtaking the sales associate. She did not listen to what I needed and suggest sales that did not meet my needs. She came off rude and Condescending. It was the worst experience that I have ever had at any Pandora location

La empleada no nos trató adecuadamente, no se si era nueva pero el trato era no agradable. No fue satisfecho su servicio para la venta de lo que deseábamos. Tenía poco conocimiento de lo que hacía. A la hora de yo pagar no me dio el cambio correcto. Fue un desastre y nunca me había pasado algo así.
