I received the Free Bangle as part of the promotion and told the Sales Associate I wanted the same size as my current Bangle, however, I was unsure of the size and ask if it could be found in purchase history. The Associate felt as though she could ‘eye ball’ the size so, once I left the store and got home (1-hour away), the Bangle ended up being way too big. I then Had to go to the Beachwood Mall Pandora after my work day, stand in a long line then lose out on almost $4 in the exchange of a Charm because my previous purchase was split on a gift card that was thrown away at the Niles Store and my Debit Card. The Manager at the Beachwood Store was extremely rude and unhelpful about the loss of my $4 in the exchange. Her response, ‘Sorry it’s already happened. Nothing we can do’ with no accommodation or resolution was terrible Customer Service. This is an expensive purchase for the customer and if your employees don’t like their job, they shouldn’t be helping someone buying something of this expense and meaning.

I got a ring for Christmas 2021the back of ring was bending and disformed . it was bent.it was akso under warrenty took it back gave me a new one . Didn't ask my ring size it's way to small now I can't wear it . I live in boardman ohio 33 minutes away I'm not in niles often. I would like my size ring . Can I take it back and get my size .

I was there before 3 customers and they got serviced before me. I told the employee and she continued to service the other customer.

I’m highly disappointed in the selection of shine. Almost every location I go in shine is almost non existent I spent a lot of money on my daughters and I bracelet’s and we can’t fill them so they are just almost bare. Highly dissatisfied on the selection

Sales person seemed to be annoyed and was not helpful at all on our first visit when we came back next day to exchange was treated the same way.

The sales clerk cleaned all my charms and my bracelet. She was helpful in selecting 3 new charms.
