I was served by a lovely lady called Gail.She listened to what I wanted,& showed me the products I was interested in.She was pleasent,friendly & not pushy at all.When she showed me the'Showan k Ottoman Silver Bedframe' I knew it was the one for me.She then showed me mattresses that were in my budget to complement the bed base & headboard.Gail then took us over to her desk to work out prices etc,but before she started made me a nice coffee & hot chocolate for my son.it was a very pleasant & good experience I would highly recommend Dreams Blackpool branch, & esspecially Gail, who was lovely & very helpfull.

shop had good selection or beds.staff were very friendly really knew there products well.as soon as we sat down we were offered tea and coffee.very easy to place order and pay.

When I visited the store the assistant, Gail was very friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. She helped me to find exactly what we were looking for and spent lots of time showing us round the store and answering questions. We even got a lovely cappuccino to drink whilst we decided between two beds. Also we received some very much appreciated freebies ( duvet, pillows etc). The service was brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams Blackpool Store to friends and family. Thank you Dreams.

From the moment I and my wife walked into the store ,we were greeted by Gail the sales assistant who was very friendly and professional.We were later introduced to Dave the Manager.They were both very helpful and receptive to our needs.They were also very knowledgable about the products that were available.We got what we came for at a brilliant price.
