I was assisted by a very helpful, polite and knowleagble lady called Stacey. She spent quite a while with me, helping me to decide which would be the better purchase for me, showing me a wide selection of mattress to try. I would recommend Stacey if help is required. The gentleman in store was also helpful and polite.

Stacey was very attentive and put both myself and partner at ease, we opted for finance and my partner gets very nervous and embarrassed and she put him right at ease, made us a cuppa and told us there was no rush and we felt very comfortable in her company, she was very helpful and explained every part of the process in detail and was very easy to get along with, we found her really professional and would recommend dreams again if only for the services of Stacey.

I accompanied my aged parents to buy a new mattress. Inny welcomed us to the store and was very empathetic to their needs and requirements. His product knowledge was very good and he steered us in the right direction without being pushy. He offered drinks whilst we completed the purchase which was straitforward and painless. A very good experience all round.

The ladies in store were friendly and helpful.

from the moment my wife and I we was welcomed and made at home. by David and Gail .they asked about our medical conditions that we were suffering from, and pointed in the right direction to the beds which would suite us better. the service knowledge that they had was excellence, could not have been better .

I needed a bed frame but I wasn't shopping for it this particular day but I saw a bed in the window which I liked so I was prompted to go into the shop. The bed frame was exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very helpful and friendly and knew the products. The bed was in the sale was I was happy I had benefited from the reduction. I had been looking at frames on line from other shops and the price was very competitive.

Very helpful staff, went in with an idea of what we wanted. Ended up changing our mind after seeing a well displayed promotion. Spoke to the helpful staff in the store for more help. Very friendly, even got talking about holidays. Walked away with a very good deal, and great delivery timescale
