I found the assistant gave you time to browse for a while before approaching us, which gave us time to select the products we had short listed. We entered the store with the intention of buying a specific mattress but found that the mattress wasn't out on a bed, so we couldnt try it. Katie and her colleagues found the product in the display and set it up on one of the bed so we could test it. This was really helpful.

Store Manager, INNY was the staff member on duty today.He was extremely friendly and welcoming, greeting us into the store with a smile. Highly knowledgeable on store products an highly skilled in assessing mattress suitability after asking relevant questions on sleeping positions, likes & dislikes etc. Was able to answer all questions without hesitation and advise on both mattresses and pillows, having an obvious in depth knowledge regarding posture We did not feel at all rushed or pressured and were given adequate time to test and discuss mattresses.

From the moment I entered the store I felt at ease mainly due to the friendliness of the manager and his staff.

The saleslady was very polite very knowledgeable, gave us plenty of time to discuss our needs not pushey at all.
