I was very pleased with the reception I received from the staff and I am looking forwaed to the goods being delivered.

We went in with an idea of what we wanted with a budget and Katie the assistant found what we were looking for all within that budget.

Although we needed a new bed, we did not leave the house that day with the intention of buying one. We were just passing the store, and decided to stop for a quick look. I usually dread entering salesrooms as I cannot stand feeling pressured, and normally from experience as soon as you walk in anywhere you have someone badgering you, not giving you the chance to look around. Your Sales staff were lovely though, and apart from politely introducing herself, Kathryn gave us the space to browse. We were torn between a standard King Ottoman, or a TV King Ottoman - Kathryn gave us her advice, but could tell we weren't sure, so we decided to go away and have a think and explained that we would be back - I'm not sure if she believed us or not, but there was no pressure whatsoever. While we were away, we passed Bensons, and decided to have a look in there - we found a very similar bed for a slightly cheaper price, but the Sales assistant was very pushy - there is no way I would have bought anything off him. We returned to Dreams, and purchased the TV bed and have been given a delivery date of Monday 8th Jan.

Stacey made us feel at ease as soon as we spoke to her. She was very helpful and patient with us whilst we asked her advise about the various mattresses and she offered us refreshments too. Stacey helped us to choose the correct mattress and explained all the various types and price ranges to select. She is a extremely knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant woman.

Staff very helpful. Blackpool store did not have the item but found out where we could see it at another store. Ordering was simple, choice of delivery dates suitable & good communication about the delivery throughout. Delivery came on schedule & the men thoughtfully coverered their shoes when in the house.

The sales assistant was very polite,friendly,professional and very informative. A credit to Dreams.

Went in to find a Matress Katie initially helped me but needed help from her colleague Stacey both very helpful and helped me find the mattress that I needed.
