After visiting another competitor store earlier where the assistant did not have the product knowledge, i was very impressed with your staff knowledge and experience both Inny and Stacey were very knowledgeable as well as friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. I have recently undergone brain surgery so finding the right bed was important and both took time to listen to my needs and of course the techy side for my hubby. Excellent service and you should be proud of your staff who genuinely cared for us it made the choosing very easy and a very pleasant experience

No problems with the service at all. The only issue I had was with the price of the product, I.e £65 for a Tempur mattress protector - extortionate! Makes me feel like I've had to pay for the privilege of the Tempur moniker!

nothing is perfect so i cannot say anything was wrong just a perfect score is unrealistic .

Rang after arriving home to ask for Recycling option, I was asked to go back to store to collect bag for old mattress. Explained it would be inconvenient and requested it be posted to me as per website. Told that wasn't an service which you provided. Used chat line and arranged for bag to be sent via Royal Mail. It didn't arrive by 48 hours before delivery, rang Customer Services, they will send bag by RM 24. Still not arrived by 4pm day before delivery, told they would have a bag on the van I could use, I explained I am 73 with a pacemaker, my son was going to call 8am on day of delivery to bag up mattress. Decided to cancel delivery until bag arrives. Gentleman at Customer Services was extremely helpful and kindly arranged for the drivers to be asked if as a one off they would mind helping. They will have bags on the van. No bags on delivery van! but drivers kindly took the old mattress. To date I have not received either of the bags allegedly posted. Poor service and also Royal Mail.

We spent an hour choosing a matress and went through finance, then to be told the bed wasnt available and i needed to order a different bed and then swap it in 40 days or when it is available. Staff have sorted everything so far. Hopefully everything goes well from here
