We spent an hour choosing a matress and went through finance, then to be told the bed wasnt available and i needed to order a different bed and then swap it in 40 days or when it is available. Staff have sorted everything so far. Hopefully everything goes well from here

It all depends on the word 'Highly,' Everything was ok in the store and your colleague's made us (wife) and self very welcome. Your questionnaire is skewed so that everything has to be 'Highly' this or that. If I had said 'Highly, this or that', I would most likely be in the loop for the £500.

Delivery time of two weeks was too long for an ex display mattress. However the team were more than willing to wrap it to enable us to collect same day.

Assistant did not ask if we wanted solid or sprung slats. Just assumed and ordered solid. We didn't realise this till checking our email order form later. Rang anf changed it over the phone.
