Friendly knowledgeable assistant we got exactly what we needed good store

The knowledge and assistance of the salesperson and the ability to try out the products in store.

I was accompanying my 84yr old mum to buy a new adjustable bed. We had looked online but mobility companies often sell you a bed you have only ever seen in a picture and I wanted her to see what is buying and be able to lay on a bed and try it first. as she needs softness but also support. I should add this is something she had never experienced before. During her married life dad always decided everything. Aaron was great sympathetic and she left very happy with the service price and experience at dreams Great Job.

Debra in your Blackpool store went above and beyond. I work in a front facing job and Debra puts me to shame... I'm now rethinking my career. Thanks Debra, you rock!

Extremely impressed with all aspect of your store. My wife and I were well looked after by a lady called Stacy, who had all the answers to our questions, and went to great lengths to ensure that finding the items that we required was a pleasant experience. The store itself was very clean and tidy, a testament to the quality of your staff.

Aaron was so helpful and understanding of our requirements. My husband was reluctant to try the dream bed. But he made him feel at ease. I would pop in to say hello the customer service was so caring and professional.

The shop is clean and well presented, the staff are curious and knowledgeable. They are not pushing you into a sale and you feel empowered by the knowledge they have. We bought a mattress a week later having gone home to have a think, it was a different sales person but he remembered us visiting and informed us he would tell his colleague we had been back.
