Aaron is an absolute delight. He isn’t pushy, at all. His product knowledge is profound, his customer service is second to none. We were in Dreams to begin our research into buying a Superking mattress, divan and headboard, next stop Bensons for Beds. But we didn’t get any further because Aaron provided the exact products and level of service we required.

We were served by Aaron @ blackpool and from the minute we entered the store until we left, his customer service was 100% he listened to what we wanted and then adviced us on the options of mattresses that were available. We purchased a mattress with ease that were going to have some great nights sleep to come.

The colleague (Aaron I think) went out of his way to make sure we understood all the options and that we were happy with our purchase at the right price.

The lady who helped us was absolutely fantastic at her job she was so friendly and knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. We came away feeling like we had known her for years what a lovely lady!

On arrival we were met by David. We wanted a specific make of mattress and he showed us the ones that were on display. He had good knowledge about the product and offered advice where necessary. We were so impressed that we revisited the store the following day and were dealt with by Aaron. He gave the same quality service.

Efficient and Friendly service throughout, offering the best deals they could find us with some added offers. Debbie the lady that helped us was very helpful and we didn't feel pressured with any hard selling. Also another team member helped who was very efficient. All in all very happy with the service provided
