From start to finish your colleagues were both friendly and helpful displaying both excellent product knowledge and communication skills. We had tried a few places before buying from yourselves and due too our circumstances we needed a bed asap and because of that we were treated poorly, unlike from David who went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Overall a pleasant experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and family. Thank you David and your colleagues

Our Sales Advisor was excellent and really made the process of choosing a new mattress a breeze. He was understanding of our budget and made us both feel like we got the best product within this. He didn't once come over as a pushy salesman (which is refreshing for the furniture industry), just extremely approachable and friendly and is a credit to your organisation.

All the staff at the Blackpool branch went out of their way to be helpful and in particular Aaron. I would like to commend them on their excellent customer service, product knowledge and professionalism. A credit to your company.
