Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable and understood what we wanted. He was able to suggest a mattress that was within our budget and showed us one that was a clearance item and was in the stock room. We tried out the double which was in the store, and decided to buy the king size that was in the stock room. Aaron arranged delivery for the following Tuesday, and then delighted us even more with the discount that he was able to apply, the free pillows, and the old mattress disposal service, which had been worrying us. The whole experience was a pleasure, we were offered refreshments, tea, coffee or bottled water, and felt relaxed the whole time that we were in the store. We felt that we'd sort of made a friend in Aaron, I know he was only doing his job, but he was very personable and I felt that I could ring him if I had any further queries regarding our order. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family! Great experience!! Thanks!

Lovely staff member who was polite helpful and had good product knowledge. I was later informed by the store manager this staff member had only been working there two weeks.

The assistance and choices were great and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. No pressure to buy just good advice really good experience.

Customer service was really good, we were helped out by Jamie who showed us around the store and found us the bed we were looking for. He had good product knowledge and took his time explaining each product so we understood the differences in the mattress.
